Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the MEUNO application. By downloading, installing, or using MEUNO, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MEUNO, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use MEUNO only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, abusive, or harmful content
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
- Use the service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the service without prior written permission
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the service
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@iacom.dev if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit through MEUNO. By submitting content, you grant MEUNO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software forming part of MEUNO are the property of MEUNO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MEUNO at any time, with or without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, to MEUNO, or to third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
MEUNO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of user-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MEUNO and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of MEUNO after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before the effective date.
